LookLockers.com is a marketplace that connects Providers with Clients interested in renting storage spaces.

LookLockers.com acts as an intermediary and does not participate in the creation, modification, or management of rental contracts between Clients and Providers.

To use LookLockers.com, you must create an account providing truthful and complete information.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and for any activity that occurs under your account.

The following terms apply to all users who book storage space through LookLockers.com:

4.1. Reservations and Payment

• Clients can search and book storage spaces through the platform.
• You will be asked to provide standard billing information (including credit card information) in relation to your requested reservation.
• Payment will be processed through LookLockers.com using designated payment providers.
• The platform is intended for users 18 years or older only. Any access or use by anyone under 18 is expressly prohibited.

4.2. Space Usage Conditions

• The Client must use the reserved space according to the conditions established by the Provider.
• Storage of hazardous, illegal, or potentially harmful materials is not permitted.
• The Client is responsible for any damage caused to the storage space, except for normal wear and tear.
• You acknowledge and agree that neither LookLockers.com nor the Provider is responsible for stored items.
• The landlord will communicate to the tenant the hours during which they can access stored items.

4.3. Cancellations and Refunds

Cancellation policies will vary by Provider and must be clearly communicated before confirming the reservation.

In case of cancellation by the Client, applicable refund policies will depend on the conditions specified by the Provider.

4.4. Eviction

LookLockers.com may choose to evict the tenant in cases of non-compliance. If LookLockers.com chooses to evict a tenant, it may carry out the measures described in "Measures by LookLockers.com" and may impose a €100 penalty.

4.5. Measures by LookLockers.com

If the tenant is found to be in "default", LookLockers.com will take reasonable steps to notify the tenant of such default and allow them to remedy it within a reasonable time.

The following terms apply to all Providers offering storage spaces through LookLockers.com:

5.1. Provider Responsibilities

• The Provider must ensure that the offered space is in good condition and complies with all local laws and regulations.
• The Provider is responsible for ensuring the space is clean, safe, and free from hazards for the Client.
• The Provider is responsible for complying with local laws related to applicable taxes, licenses, and permits.

5.2. Cancellation Policy

The Provider must clearly establish their cancellation and refund policy.

If the Provider cancels a reservation, the Client is entitled to a full refund.

5.3. Payment and Commissions

• The Provider sets the rate for space rental.
• LookLockers.com may charge a commission on the transaction.
• The tenant agrees to assume all necessary expenses in case of having to claim payments through legal or similar channels.

5.4. Booking Conditions

If a Reservation is requested for your space through the platform, you will be asked to approve or reject the reservation within 48 hours.

If the reservation is rejected within this 48-hour period, any amount charged by LookLockers.com will be refunded.

If you are a Provider offering storage spaces in the exercise of professional activity, the following additional terms apply:

6.1. Legal Compliance

Professional Providers must comply with all local, regional, and national regulations applicable to their professional activity.

Professional Providers must have necessary licenses and permits to operate and offer commercial storage spaces.

6.2. Professional Liability

Professional Providers are responsible for any loss, damage, or harm arising from breach of contractual or legal obligations.

Professional Providers must have adequate insurance covering any risks related to goods storage in their facilities.

6.3. Billing Terms

Professional Providers must issue valid invoices in accordance with applicable tax legislation.

All content available on LookLockers.com, including texts, graphics, logos, images, videos, and software, is the property of LookLockers.com or its licensors.

Copying, modifying, distributing, selling, or renting any part of our content without express written consent from LookLockers.com is not permitted.

LookLockers.com will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or punitive damages arising from the use of the platform.

In cases of proven liability, LookLockers.com will limit its liability to the total amount paid in relation to the corresponding transaction.

The platform may contain links to third-party websites or resources. You acknowledge and agree that LookLockers.com is not responsible for their availability or accuracy.

These Terms of Service will be governed and interpreted in accordance with the laws of Spain.

Any dispute arising from the interpretation or execution of these Terms will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in Madrid, Spain.

If any provision of these Terms is declared null or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will remain valid and enforceable.
